Summary: This poperty was very old a had minimal maintenance. we left the hotel to stay some where that had ac and mattresses that were not 25 years old and the hotel would not give a refund.....Stay away

Summary: Was a little late for the check in but I had no problems and the room was kept for me. Staff was helpful and I see an improvement over the last few times at least for the big room, with jacuzzi. Things definitely going in the right direction and the efforts are paying off.

Summary: One of the guests on my floor lit his room on fire. The fire alarm went off at 7am. Woke everyone up, the fire dept came but the employees said there was nothing wrong and the fire dept left without even looking. Then they called the police to get the guest out. But they didn’t even go up and see since they said he was going to check out in an hour. unbelievable !!

Summary: Pros: Quick, convenient property to the airport. The room was clean. Not expensive. Free and plentiful parking. Cons: I had a very, very hard time communicating with the front desk person on the phone (I had a good cell connection, just the person on the other line was mumbling horribly and sounded barely lucid, like they were on drugs possibly; it wasn't an accent issue), some people down the hallway kept slamming the door repeatedly during the night waking us up, and the landscaping around the property was mostly dead and the exterior of the hotel appeared to be damaged in places and in bad shape. Oh well, you get what you pay for. We only needed to be close to the airport for an early flight for one night.

Summary: There was not housekeeping, you had to bring you dirty towels to them and they counted them to make sure of how many you returned. We had to put trash outside the door if we wanted trash pick up. They said due to Covid, this happed in April 2024! We had a room for 4 nights with no one coming to our room!

Summary: There were roaches all on the bottom floor and around the hotel when I woke up I woke up itching I think due to bed bugs I would never recommend this hotel ever

Summary: Property was close to the Airport which was good but on main road which was noisy. They offered a free shuttle service from Airport to Hotel which we booked but it didnt come... apparently shuttle driver didnt show up for work. Left us stranded so we had to pay for a taxi. Not happy. Have emailed the Hotel to complain about their lack of service but no response from them as yet. I contacted Expedia who contacted Hotel re shuttle and they virtually said i was lying that the shuttle did turn up but couldn't find us. Funny that their shuttle was parked at the Hotel when our taxi arrived so it couldn't have been looking for us. RAMADA would not refund my taxi fare. Dont stay at this Hotel the staff i encountered were no help and the Ramada brand is not what it used to be. Its been 6 days and i still have not heard from Ramada directly only through Expedia. Therecare much nicer looking hotels near this one so choose them instead.
